Your team
Invite the people who work with you. Owners run the account; viewers read.
Up to 10 team members; unlimited viewers and share links. From the 1M plan up, team members are unlimited too.
Roles
Owners run the account: sites, people and keys. Viewers read every report and change nothing; the server enforces it. The settings page has the details of each.
The owner who pays, the one who started the account, is the only one who changes its plan or card, reads its invoices, cancels it or deletes it. Any other owner sees the plan, its usage and the next payment, marked "Managed by" the person who pays, and nothing to change. Viewers see no plan at all.
Invite someone
Open your account from your picture and choose the People tab (owners only). Add someone, with their email and a role.
An invitation is not a sign-in: it waits for the person. They join when they sign in to Cloud with that address and accept it, and an invitation that is not accepted ends after 14 days. You can revoke one at any time, or renew it.
Someone who already has their own trckable account can join your team as a viewer or as an owner too, and keeps their own account, trial and plan as they are. They sign in to their own account, open the link in the email and join; both accounts then show in the Account chip beside the site menu, and the plan they see in a tab is always the one of the account it works in. Your account never pays for theirs, and theirs never pays for yours. To join as an owner they turn on two-step sign-in on their own account first; the invitation page says so.
Someone who has no account of their own is on one team at a time: joining yours moves them off another, and they are asked first.
Share without inviting
A public share link shows a site's reports to people who have no account, with an optional password and end date, and revenue hidden if you wish. Owners make and revoke links in a site's settings. See Sharing.
