How plans and prices work
What you pay, when it changes, and what keeps your price.
Prices are in USD, tax included, and Paddle is the seller on record. The plans and their prices are on the pricing page; this page is what happens to your price after you subscribe.

Your price
A subscription keeps the price it started at for as long as it stays on the same plan size and billing period. If we ever change a plan's price, the change applies to new subscriptions only. Yours does not go up.
The 500k yearly price
The 500k plan paid yearly is $336 a year, $28 a month. Whoever buys it at that price keeps it at every renewal for as long as they stay on 500k yearly, even if the 500k price changes for new customers later.

It ends, for good, when:
- the plan size changes, whether you move up yourself, your traffic moves you, or our support moves you at your request;
- you switch to monthly;
- the subscription ends: you cancel, payments fail after Paddle's retries, or you delete your account, even if you restore it.
After that, the plan you are on is charged at its current price, a return to 500k included. We say so in the place it happens: a dialog asks before you move up, and the emails about a plan that changes say it ended.
When your traffic grows
Your plan follows the two-month average: the last two complete months. If it passes your plan, you move up to the plan that fits, at that plan's current price, and we email you first. Nothing is dropped meanwhile.
- Monthly: the higher price applies from a payment at least 7 days after our email.
- Yearly: the difference for the rest of the year is charged from the 1st of the next month, pro rata.
Moving off 500k yearly ends the $336 price.
When your traffic falls
A monthly plan gets smaller from its next payment, a yearly plan at its renewal. It never goes below the plan you chose yourself. If a yearly plan on 500k yearly falls below 500k, the $336 price ends, and the email says so. Coming back to 500k later is the 500k plan's price then.
Moving up yourself
You can move to a bigger plan at any time, and from monthly to yearly, under Plan & billing. It is charged at once, pro rata, at the new plan's current price: Paddle shows the amount before you confirm. If the move ends your 500k yearly price, a dialog asks first: Keep $336 is the default, and nothing happens until you choose Switch anyway.

Launch codes
The launch code PRODUCTHUNT takes 30% off your first year on our 100k, 200k and 1M yearly plans. It is not for monthly plans, for 2M and up, or for 500k yearly, which already has our founders price of $336. A code that is not for the plan you chose is left off, and you pay the plan's normal price. After the first year you pay your plan's own price. The end of a discount is not a price change.
Payments that fail
Paddle tries your card again over several days, and everything keeps running meanwhile. If the tries run out, the plan ends.
When a plan ends
Cancelling, failed payments, or deleting your account (even if you restore it) end the subscription and the price it had. A new plan starts at today's prices.
Retired prices
If we lower a plan's price, subscribers on the old, higher price move to the lower one at their next renewal, at no charge. If we raise it, you keep yours.
