Squarespace
Add trckable to a Squarespace site with code injection. It needs a paid plan.
Squarespace has a code injection box that adds code to the head of every page. Squarespace moves this setting between versions, so search your dashboard for code injection if the first step does not match.
Steps
- In your Squarespace site, open Settings → Developer Tools → Code Injection. (Some accounts show it under Website → Pages → Custom Code → Code Injection, or as Settings → Advanced → Code Injection.)
- Paste the script tag below into the Header box.
- Click Save.
<script

data-domain="example.com"
src="https://stats.example.com/js/tkb_a1b2c3d4.js">
</script>Check it works
Open your site in a private window, then open your trckable dashboard and look at Live. Your visit shows up within a minute.
If it does not show
- Code injection is not on the cheapest plan. Check that your plan includes it.
- You are logged in and viewing the site in edit mode. Squarespace hides injected code there: open the live site in a private window.
- The code went into a single page's settings instead of the site-wide box.
Still stuck? Run npx trckable doctor against your site, or see the script tag page.
